dhak8 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using Our Platform

dhak8 is an online casino and sports betting platform operated for the entertainment of adult players in Bangladesh. The platform offers live casino games, slot games, crash games, sports betting and related wagering products. All products are offered for entertainment purposes and carry inherent risk. Players should never wager amounts they cannot afford to lose.

These Terms apply to all players regardless of their location within Bangladesh and regardless of the device or browser used to access dhak8. To register and use dhak8, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

dhak8 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage. If at any time a player is found not to meet the eligibility criteria, their account may be suspended, their balance may be withheld pending investigation, and any winnings derived during the ineligible period may be voided. dhak8's determination of eligibility matters is final.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on dhak8. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in error, you must contact dhak8 support immediately.

Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when registering your account. This includes your real name, a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, and a date of birth that accurately reflects your age. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure. You are responsible for updating your account details if any information changes after registration.

KYC Verification

dhak8 may at any time request that you complete identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) by submitting a copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document and, where relevant, proof of address or proof of payment method ownership. dhak8 may temporarily restrict withdrawals pending successful KYC completion. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable time may result in account closure. KYC documentation is processed securely and stored in accordance with dhak8's Privacy Policy.

Accepted Payment Methods

dhak8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank and Sonali Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). dhak8 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Transaction Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits per transaction and per day may apply depending on the payment method selected. Current limits are displayed in the Cashier section of your account at the time of initiating a transaction. dhak8 reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time.

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to standard identity and payment verification checks before processing. dhak8 aims to process withdrawals to bKash and Nagad within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) business hour. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or if additional verification is required. dhak8 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation if suspicious activity is detected on an account.

dhak8 offers promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin promotions and any other incentive offered by dhak8, are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each promotion and to the general bonus rules set out in this section. Claiming a bonus constitutes acceptance of the applicable bonus terms.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds awarded by dhak8 are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as rollover requirements). Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Bonus Abuse

dhak8 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close accounts, where evidence of bonus abuse is detected. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once.
• Coordinating with other players to place offsetting bets to reduce wagering risk while satisfying rollover requirements.
• Using the bonus on game types excluded from wagering contribution in order to clear the bonus without genuine play.
• Claiming a welcome bonus after previously having held an account with dhak8 under a different identity.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on dhak8. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and may be permanently banned from the platform:

• Holding or operating more than one account on dhak8.
• Using VPN, proxy or anonymising services to access dhak8 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not permitted.
• Using or attempting to use automated betting software, bots, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets without explicit written authorisation from dhak8.
• Engaging in money laundering or using dhak8 to process proceeds of crime.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or disputes on deposits made to dhak8.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities in dhak8's platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a software error are void and will be reclaimed.

dhak8 reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether conduct constitutes a prohibited activity. Players who believe their account has been actioned in error should contact dhak8 support, providing all relevant documentation, within fourteen (14) days of the action.

Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond dhak8's reasonable control (including internet service provider outages, mobile network disruptions, or force majeure events) may result in temporary unavailability. dhak8 will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly but accepts no liability for losses arising from platform unavailability.

All content on the dhak8 platform — including but not limited to the dhak8 brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, images, audio and video content — is the property of dhak8 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, publicly display or otherwise exploit any dhak8 content without prior written permission from dhak8.

dhak8 collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
